Rovexa Media primarily provides digital services and digital products. We do not normally ship physical goods.
1. Digital Products
Digital products such as the Instagram Marketing Guide are delivered electronically. After successful payment and the order reaching the required payment status, the download may appear on the order confirmation page and in your customer account.
2. Service Delivery
Social media management and consulting services are delivered according to the scope, onboarding requirements and billing period described on the applicable service page. Start dates may depend on receiving the information or access needed to perform the service.
3. Delivery Problems
If a paid digital product does not appear in your account or you cannot access a purchased download, contact support@rovexamedia.com with your order number so we can investigate.
4. Physical Shipping
No physical shipment is included unless a specific product page expressly states otherwise. There are no carrier delivery times for standard Rovexa digital purchases.
