These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Rovexa Media website and the purchase or use of Rovexa services and digital products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Rovexa
Rovexa Media LLC provides social media management, growth services, consulting and digital products. Service availability, pricing, deliverables and billing terms are shown on the relevant product or service page and may change prospectively.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity occurring through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
3. Orders and Payments
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when payment is authorized and the order is confirmed. Prices are displayed in the currency and amount shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes or charges. Payments are processed through the payment provider configured on the website.
4. Subscriptions
Subscription services renew according to the billing period selected at checkout unless cancelled before the next renewal. Cancellation affects future billing and does not automatically reverse charges already incurred. Where the site provides a customer-account cancellation control, use that control or contact us before the next renewal.

Digital products, including the Instagram Marketing Guide, are delivered electronically. After successful payment, download access may be provided through the order confirmation and customer account. We do not guarantee specific follower counts, engagement rates, revenue, reach, account longevity or other numerical outcomes unless a written agreement expressly says otherwise.

You must comply with applicable laws and the terms and rules of the third-party platforms you use. We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the service, our team, other customers or legal rights.

Unless otherwise stated, the website, branding, layouts, written materials and original content are owned by Rovexa or its licensors. You receive only the limited rights expressly granted for the purchased service or product.
9. Refunds, Cancellations and Chargebacks

10. Disclaimers and Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis and without promises that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. Rovexa is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective when posted unless a different effective date is stated.
